This is a fantastic opportunity to join Aria Care as a Registered Home Manager for Holmwood Care Centre. Holmwood is equipped with the facilities to care for 59 residents with a wide range of needs, offering residential, nursing, dementia and respite care. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in the sector, dedicated to ensuring person-centred care is given to each resident.

Main duties of the job

The Home Manager will lead a team that thrives on continuously improving and nurtures a can-do culture that operates as 'One Team'. The role requires empathy, compassion and a commitment to providing exceptional quality of care, innovative services and a compassionate approach. The Home Manager will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, ensuring a safe, comfortable and fulfilling environment for residents, and building strong relationships with residents, their families, stakeholders and the wider Aria Care family.

Home Manager – Kidderminster DY10 3DJ

  • Annual Salary:  £90,000 (depending on experience & including Bonus potential)
  • Annual Leave:   35 Days (including Bank holidays)
  • Company Sick Pay:  4 Weeks Paid
  • Employer Pension Contributions:  5% Base salary
  • Your Total Reward Package Available will be £111,230* (*Full Breakdown and detail of additional benefits provided upon request)
