The Clinical Lead role at Coppice Lea, a 42-bedded Nursing, Dementia & Residential care Home in Merstham, Surrey, offers an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with clinical experience to lead and mentor a team, delivering excellent quality outcomes and person-centred care to enhance the wellbeing and independence of the residents.
Main duties of the job
As the Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are maintained. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families. The role involves working 40 hours per week, with alternate weekends required, in shifts of 8-4 or 9-5.
