Job summary
Aria Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Chef to create fresh, nutritious meals for their 72-bed residential, nursing, and specialist dementia care home in Kingston upon Thames. The role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, with a 40-hour work week including alternate weekends. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead by example, showcase their creative flair, and mentor the team through a supported induction and Chef academy.
Main duties of the job
As a Chef at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious, high-quality meals for the residents. You will use the best fresh ingredients available to create nutritious and appealing dishes that cater to the diverse dietary needs and preferences of the residents. The role also involves mentoring and training the culinary team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain the high standards of the home. You will be a passionate and creative individual who can lead by example and contribute to the overall hospitality experience for the residents.

We are looking for a passionate Chef that will lead by example and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings! There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.
