Job summary
Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in their everyday lives at their 53-bed Residential and Nursing Home and 40-bed Nursing, Dementia and Palliative Care Home in Farmoor, Oxfordshire. Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This includes assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and promoting independence. You will work closely with the nursing and care team to create and implement personalized care plans, and contribute to the overall wellbeing of the residents.
