Job summary
The Health & Wellbeing Coordinator role is responsible for planning and delivering a range of engaging activities and experiences to improve the overall health and wellbeing of the residents at St George's Care Home in Bristol. This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of £12.21 per hour.
Main duties of the job
As the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive activity program that caters to the diverse needs and interests of the residents. This includes organizing social events, recreational activities, and therapeutic interventions to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You will work closely with the care team to understand the unique needs of each resident and develop personalized plans to enhance their quality of life.
