Job summary
The Belmont Castle Care Home in Bedhampton, Hampshire is a 40-bed residential, palliative, and dementia care facility that has received a 'Good' rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a 9.5 rating on Carehome.co.uk. Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at the Belmont Castle Care Home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to the residents. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication administration, and supporting with social and recreational activities. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The role requires a flexible schedule, with 44 hours per week and alternating weekends.
