Job summary
The Clinical Deputy Manager role at Sundridge Court Nursing Home in Bromley, Kent offers an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to take on a leadership position within a well-rated, 30-bedded residential, nursing, and dementia care home. The successful candidate will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to the residents.
Main duties of the job
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, including overseeing clinical operations, managing the nursing team, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. The role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from managing staffing and rotas to actively participating in resident care and championing best practices.

- 40 hours per week (12 hour shifts 07:45am - 20:00pm)
- 2 day Supernumerary / 2 day floor
- £23.20 per hour
