Job summary
The Activities Coordinator role at Bourne House Nursing Home involves planning and coordinating a range of engaging activities and events to enhance the lives of the residents. Main duties of the job
As the Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a varied program of activities and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of the residents. This may include arts and crafts, music, games, outings, and other recreational pursuits. You will work closely with the care team to understand the preferences and abilities of each resident, and tailor the activities accordingly. Additionally, you will be required to maintain detailed records, manage budgets, and liaise with external providers as needed.
