Job summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to provide high-quality assistance.
Your role will be working with a female service user with a diagnosis of Autism (ASD), mental health and anxiety needs.

Experience/ Requirements
Minimum 25 years of age due to adapted vehicle insurance requirement
Previous mental healthcare experience; 1 year minimum (required)
Clean UK Driving Licence (required)

Main duties of the job
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised care in accordance with individual care plans, ensuring the dignity and respect of all service users.
- Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, PEG medication, and support to attend appointments.
- Foster a supportive environment by encouraging social interaction and participation in community activities.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the health or behaviour of service users.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and colleagues to ensure comprehensive support tailored to each individual's needs.
- Promote safety protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Support individuals in developing skills that enhance their independence and confidence.
