Job summary

We're looking for dedicated, compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team in Crewe,To support a individual with autism moving into the community for the first time, to help support and promote independent living skills, staff will be working on a 1:1 basis

Main duties of the job

  • Provide exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults with complex behaviours in a supported living environment.
  • Support individuals in managing and reducing challenging behaviours through positive, person-centred approaches.
  • Maintain accurate records and incident reports to ensure quality care and continuity of support.
  • Assist with personal care tasks when necessary, with a focus on respect, dignity, and privacy.
  • Work closely with the individual, their family, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for those in your care.
