Location: Charlwood, RH6 0DA

Shifts:Full-time 42 hours per week, and part time available (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

Pay Rate:£12.21 - £12.47 per hour (dependent on qualifications)

Main duties of the job

Role Overview

  • Youll support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health

  • Youll support them to flourish in a place they call home. Youll empower the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives

  • Youll give high-quality support tailored to peoples needs

  • Youll do activities like cooking, art or listening to music. And get out for movie nights and food outings

  • Youll provide personal care including support with continence needs; health and medication needs; handling personal possessions; finances and documents; shopping. Help them to have good levels of personal and environmental hygiene

  • Youll follow our procedures, so we give consistent, safe, and reliable care and support

Key Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Good general education

  • Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference

  • Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve

  • Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)

  • A commitment to undertake training and development

Desirable

  • RQF Level 2 or above in social care

  • Previous experience within social care setting

  • Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities

  • Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks

  • Confident IT user
