Main duties of the job

This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented support workers to support 1 person. This is a great opening to make a real difference to the lives of others and gain great development.

She is interested in walking, shopping, meeting new people, very house proud and would loves visiting Liverpool 1. She loves her family and would love to receive support in building positive relationships.

At other times she likes the environment to be quiet and to have her own space.

With experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community.You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times.Other Important information?

Shifts 2 to 1 support during the day working 8am 8pm

Night shifts are 8pm till 8am.

There would be some sleep in shifts available alsoYou must have experience within complex mental health and have a good understanding of positive behaviour support to be considered for this role.

Delivering tailored, life-enhancing support in line with the organisations complex care service models, working with the complex care team and other specialists to ensure that the needs of the people we support are met within a comprehensive and robust framework.
