Main duties of the job

As our Senior Partnerships and Community Projects Design Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the future direction of this work identifying and designing impactful programmes and collaborations that further this success. You will directly report to our Director of Partnerships and Communities, oversee a talented team including our Partnerships and Business Development Manager, and collaborate with brilliant colleagues across our directorate and wider charity.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunitiesto createimpactful partnershipsandprogrammesthat add real value to our charity and the lives of the people we support.
  • Designing exceptional projects and partnerships with large commercial partners and international commercial brands.
  • Providing stronglydesigned projectmodels and roadmapstoourDelivery team, who directly implement our work.
  • Managing a portfolio of relationships.
  • Analysing our work to continually improve our impact.
  • Acting as a leader and furthering our strategy.

The Senior Partnerships and Community Projects Design Manager will lead the identification, design, and creation of a range of impactful projects and partnerships for Community Integrated Care. Your work will bring new innovations, skills, capacity and opportunities to Community Integrated Care. This work will be financially sustainable, through securing and managing commercial partnerships and accessing funding sources such as grants. Reporting to our Director of Partnerships and Communities, this role requires leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking. It includes line management responsibilities for our Partnerships and Business Development Manager and Digital Inclusion Manager.
