HICA is proud to be recruiting for the role of Clinical Lead at The Wolds Care Centre, Louth, Lincolnshire.

The successful candidate will lead the nursing and care teams to deliver thehighest standards in clinical care.

Working within astunning environment, you will help grow our service into ahome-for-lifechoice for clients.

Reporting into the Registered Manager, you will also have the support of our nurse qualified Senior Management Team and operational team leaders.

Pay Rate:£21.00 per hour, up to £43,800.00 per annum, based on 40 hours per week

Hours:40 hours per week, Predominantly Monday to Friday

Main duties of the job

Implementing and evaluating our nursing services, ensuring thatprofessional practicesare compliant with NMC standards.

Providing expert advice for specialist intervention and care across the home, and being a point of contact for residents, family, staff and external partners.

Undertaking a range of audits to ensure compliance to internal and external standards.

Developing your nursing and care teams through coaching, support and supervision.

You will work 40 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday, but remaining flexible to meet the needs of the service.

About us

The Wolds Care Centre is a 66 bed Care Home situated on North Holme Road in Louth. The home provides a home for life within its specialist dementia, nursing and residential care communities. All bedrooms are spacious, boasting their own en-suite with wet room and each room is furnished to a high standard. Residents and their families are invited to personalise their rooms, creating their own unique environment, reflecting the individuality of the occupier.

The Centre has been designed around a Community Hub. The home has the luxury of a café, garden room, shop, cinema, activity room, a multi activities room, library with WI-FI and internet access, and a sensory room. Residents can also enjoy the use of the on-site hair & beauty salon, where not only can they get their hair styled but also make use of the pedicure and reflexology services available. A multi-faith room is also provided which is used for regular services. A dedicated Activity Coordinator arranges for meaningful and engaging activities to be available daily, for everyone.
