Job summary

Nestlings Care Ltd is an independent care provider for Children and Young Adults registered with CQC and Ofsted who provide highly specialist residential placement for young people with challenging behaviors due to mental health diagnoses. Our aim is to take young people from various restrictive settings for example hospitals, secure childrens homes, to a homely environment to offer them a chance of living in the community with robust monitoring, risk management and comprehensive treatment plans. You will be supported by the Registered Manager and a highly experienced multi-disciplinary Mental Health team. Currently we have several homes across the North West of England and we have achieved positive outcomes with a number of young people.

We are looking for an experienced medical secretary to join our ever expanding team.

Main duties of the job

To provide admin support to the SMT and Managing Director.

Managing the allocation and booking of CPAs and MDT meetings.

Accurately capturing minutes from internal and external meetings and creating comprehensive reports for all attendees.

Collating reports from wider Management team in a timely and effective manner.

Keeping a tracker of audits, MDTs, CPAs and other meetings.

Archiving secure documents in line with GDPR.

Assisting with proof-reading and dissemination of policies and procedures.

General filing and record keeping of internal and external meetings.

To be an effective team member, whilst working on their own initiative.

About us

Nestlings Care Ltd was established in 2014 and since then has grown to 8 homes across the North West. We are a growing organisation with more homes on the horizon in 2025.

We have a full inhouse mental health team comprising of consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists and registered mental health nurses who work collobartively with the house teams including support workers, team leaders, deputy managers and Registered Managers.
