Service Manager required for Inpatient Detox Service in Nottingham

Framework Housing Association is the lead provider of drug and alcohol treatment within the City of Nottingham and is offering an exciting opportunity to lead a team of staff in Frameworks Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered Inpatient Detox Service (The Level).

The Level is a 20-bed facility based in Nottingham which provides individually tailored treatment and support for people in need of a medically assisted stabilisation or detoxification from alcohol and/or other substances.

Main duties of the job

Framework is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and skilled person to take on the role of Service Manager at The Level. The main purpose of the role is:

To lead in the development, management and promotion of a specialist service providing treatment to service users across the country

To act as a role model, demonstrating high standards of care and providing clinical leadership to the staff team

To create, maintain and develop a safe, supportive, contractually compliant service in line with CQC requirements

The successful candidate for the role of Service Manager will have:

A professional qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Evidence of advanced leadership qualities and people management skills in a healthcare setting

Extensive knowledge of substance misuse treatment

Willing to apply to be a CQC Registered Manager
