Full training will be given to set you on your path to being aCare Support Assistant, where you will be paid £14.75 an hour for both Days and Waking Nights.
Part Time & Full Time Positions available on a 2:1 basis (Days & Waking Nights)

8am-8pm
8pm-8am
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a Care Support Assistant to come and join our team to support a client with Learning Disabilities & Sensory needs, based in Colne.
This post involves Days and Waking nights on a 2:1 basis
You will be paid at a rate of £14.75 an hour.
Suppport will include:
Meal preparation
Personal care
Maintaining the home environment
Supporting with social activties both in the house and in the community
High sensory needs

Your responsibilities as our Care Support Assistant will include but is not limited to: Supporting our client with her high sensory needs, personal care and hygiene, meal preparation, accessing the community and maintaining the home environment
Skills and Experience required of our Care Support Assistant:
You are required to have good communication skills and have a desire to care for others. Possessing a UK full driving license would be advantageous

Your responsibilities as our Care Support Assistant will include: Assisting and supporting vulnerable clients to enable them to live the life they choose (where possible) to promote their independence. Your role will include, companionship, supporting with housework, running errands and supporting with preparing and cooking meals. Administering medication may be required.

You are required to have good communication skills and have a desire to care for others. Possessing a UK full driving license and having some previous experience would be advantageous.
