We are recruiting for a Care Support Assistant to support a client, based in Northwich
This is a Full-Time position and involves days, & waking nights
You will be paid £16.00 per hour after training completed (provided during recruitment)
Main duties of the job
The position is supporting a vulnerable adult living within his own home, working alongside a small staff team.
This postion involves
Supporting a gentleman living within in his own home to explore and enjoy the local community
Provide personal care assistance to the individual you are supporting.
Participate in and support activities both inside and outside the home.
Accompany clients to hospital appointments.

Your responsibilities as our Care Support Assistant will include: Assisting and supporting vulnerable clients to enable them to live the life they choose (where possible) to promote their independence. Your role will include, companionship, supporting with housework, running errands and supporting with preparing and cooking meals. Administering medication may be required
