We are recruiting for a Care Support Assistant to support a young lady for 13.5 hours per week
Part Time, Days & Nights (Mixed shifts) based in Lostock Hall, Preston
This post involves day hours & 1 waking night per week

You will be paid £12.88 per hour after training is completed (training is provided during our recruitment process)
The position involves day hours & one waking night each week, and is based in Lostock Hall, Preston
Main duties of the job
The position would require you to:
Support a young lady living with epilepsy and Scoliosis to achieve a fulfilled and meaningful life.
Support is provided within the family home so dignity and discretion is required.
Support to be able to access the local community and maintain and manage a positive community presence.
In the home you will provide support with personal care, and at mealtimes supporting with eating & drinking.
Shift Patterns:
You will be working in an established 3 week rolling rota working 1 night shift and 1 afternoon shift per week.
1 waking night shift 20:30 – 08:30am
1x 1.5 hour tea time support 16:00 - 17:30
