This is a new and exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation, committed to providing the highest quality person-centred support to the individuals in our care.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,375 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

Managing end to end recruitment activities of all new Personal Assistants joining our organisation, including:
uploading of job adverts on to the Application Tracking System (ATS), screening applications, booking and carrying out interviews and accompanying candidates to ‘meet and greets’
Carrying out the onboarding administration of new Personal Assistants
Daily checking of ‘Live View’ information regarding staff log ins and associated care delivery activities
Reviewing care diary content
Carrying out Personal Assistants Performance Reviews.
Maintenance of the employee training records including setting up new PAs and sending reminders out of refreshers that are due.
Supporting with general office duties.

You are required to have good communication skills and have a desire to care for others. Possessing a UK full driving license and having some previous experience would be advantageous.
