Full training will be given to set you on your path to being a First Responder, where you will be paid a competitive rate of pay after completion of training.  We offer you time to do the training before you start whilst we carry out our recruitment processes.

This job involves day, night, sleeping/waking nights and attracts a competitive rate of pay (after completion of training).

Your responsibilities as a First Responder will include:    Assisting and supporting vulnerable clients to enable them to live the life they choose (where possible) to promote their independence.  Your role will include, companionship, supporting with housework, running errands and supporting with preparing and cooking meals.  Administering medication may be required.  

Skills and Experience required of our First Responder: 

You are required to have good communication skills and have a desire to care for others.  You are required to hold a full UK driving license, and have access to your own vehicle. Some previous experience would be advantageous.

• Driver is required with use of own vehicle. Must have care experience.

Desirable

• Complex Care experience is preferred, full training will be provided
