Job summary

A dynamic Project Change Manager with strong stakeholder management experience looking to work with one of the UK's foremost care providers.

You will be responsible for aligning project(s) with business goals, setting and tracking clear success criteria, working with colleagues to identify and implement associated business process changes, and ensuring that solutions improve the quality and efficiency of services.

Main duties of the job

  • Defining and delivering the Programme plan to effectively manage the business change journey.
  • Take responsibility and over-sites for all project documentation, including master project plans, risk registers and issues logs.
  • Managing the day-to-day: reporting, planning, managing risks/issues, and appropriately escalating when needed.
  • Provide regular governance, steering and projects reporting to the Executive team.
  • Conducting brief Impact Assessments with other project work-streams to identify the delta between current and future ways of working.
  • Applying appropriate tools and techniques to drive the change management delivery process and ensure high levels of user adoption.
  • Working to resolve any tension between the project(s) and business areas, identifying any potential issues to the Project Sponsors.
  • Ensuring that change dependencies are identified, coordinated and addressed.

Swanton have a great opportunity for a proven Project Manager with experience working within a complex, multi-site, operational business, with the ability to work cross functionally working on a range of projects within digital, IT, HR, finance and much more.

Achieved relevant / professional further educational qualifications. 3+years of professional experience.

Worked in a similar role within a large organisation.

Experience of delivering significant projects working with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
