Your Impact As the Lead Speech and Language Therapist, you will: Transform Lives: Design and implement evidence-based interventions that empower patients to overcome communication and swallowing challenges, helping them achieve their goals just as James did. Inspire Leadership: Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and supervision to a skilled team of Speech and Language Therapists and Assistants. Drive Innovation: Lead service improvements and contribute to the development of cutting-edge therapies and practices. Collaborate Holistically: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to create and deliver personalised care plans that address each patients unique needs.
