Main duties of the job
About Active Neuro
Active Neuro is redefining specialist care for individuals with acquired and traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and complex neurological conditions. With significant investment across our services, we are combining clinical excellence, advanced rehabilitation technology, and a 24/7 therapeutic model to create the most advanced neurorehabilitation pathway in the UK.
Our approach goes beyond therapy hours - every interaction is therapy. From rapid pre-admission planning and structured inpatient programmes to coordinated post-discharge support, Active Neuro ensures every stage of the patient journey is consistent, personalised, and outcome focused.
At the heart of this model is our comprehensive Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), which includes consultants, nurses, therapists, psychologists, and rehab assistants. This team works together to deliver individualised, goal-driven care, supported by shared outcome measures and real-time insights from our rehabilitation robotics and smart therapy technologies.
Our clinicians are empowered to lead change, embed innovation, and ensure rehab is not just delivered, but lived - 24 hours a day.
Active Neuro proudly supports both NHS ICB-funded and private patients, offering rehabilitation for a broad range of neurological presentations and complexities.
