Through slow stream rehabilitation, we prioritise the individual needs of our residents by offering an adjusted intensity program tailored to their specific requirements. Our facility boasts a fully equipped therapy room, complete with a therapy kitchen and gym, providing a comprehensive range of resources to support residents in their recovery process, while the inclusion of communal living areas encourages social interaction. Furthermore, Chislehurst is conveniently situated close to local amenities with good transport links allowing residents easy access to the community.
As the Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered to our residents. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the quality and governance of care, working closely with the Registered Manager to lead on safeguarding, quality improvement, and service development.

What you'll be working:
This role is 22.5 hours per week. We understand the importance of a positive work-life balance, and therefore, we are able to offer a flexible working pattern.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide highly credible, visible clinical leadership within the MDT and hold responsibility for the line management of staff across all areas
- Ensure delivery of safe, compassionate and clinically effective care across the service
- Promote a culture of openness and responsiveness to the views of residents and relatives, along with a philosophy of person-centred care and recovery
- The post holder will be able to balance this philosophy with a passion for co-ordinating and leading patient safety
- Lead and continually improve quality, ensuring it is embedded as a day-to-day responsibility of all members of staff
- Ensure the highest possible standards of infection control and cleanliness are maintained across all areas
- Lead the governance agenda on behalf of the Registered Manager, to ensure compliance with all external and corporate quality agendas and regulators, including the Care Quality Commission and ICB Commissioners
- Keep people safe of harm and protect their human rights.
