We are looking for a brand new team to support our new client at her home in Tidworth.

Main duties of the job

This role is to support our brand new female client who has complex mixed dementia in her own home. This will involve supporting with medication and managing challenging behaviour.

This lady is a new client to our company. Our client is a 81 year old lady who has complex dementia and lives at home with her daughter. Our client likes to listen to classical music and watch game shows.

When you'll be working:

  • Days and Nights available
  • 6 hour long days: either 8am-2pm and 2pm-8pm
  • Waking nights: 8pm-8am
  • Full time or Part time available

What you'll be doing:

This role is to support our brand new female client who has complex dementia in her own home. This will involve supporting with all aspects of daily living and managing challenging behaviour.

We are looking for Support Workers who have previous experience working with dementia clients.

What you'll have:

  • Experience with dementia

What to look forward to:

  • up to 12 per hour
  • Full specialist training, shadow shifts and ongoing support from the Care Manager provided
  • Accrued holiday pay
  • Regular consistent work with rolling rotas
