Main duties of the job

We have an amazing opportunity for an HR Administrator with an excellent eye for details and good customer service skills to join our friendly and supportive On-boarding Team at our Albrighton office which is right next to the train station! This is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months but could be extended depending on the needs of the business.

Job description

Job responsibilities

You will support the business by adding our new starters to the HR System, running reportsand ensuring our Payroll team have everything they need to ensure our new starters salary is paid correctly.

What you'll be working:

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:30

We could consider some flexibilityfor the right candidate

What you'll be doing:

  • Enter new starter details into our HR system, verifying data accuracy and completeness
  • Uploading documentation to the relevant HR
  • Running reports to provide new starter data
  • Assist with compiling required information for new starter payroll
  • Support with any payroll queries from the payroll team for new starters
  • Provide accurate and timely updates and reports where required and work proactively to meet all targets and SLAs
  • Carry out general administration tasks for department, for example, accepting deliveries, telephone answering, and manage the Onboarding team inbox
  • Undertake other activitiesfrom time to time to support the wider team,Onboarding Manager orSenior Onboarding Administrator
