This role as a Care Assistant at Glenmoor House Care Home in Corby, Northamptonshire, is an opportunity to make a positive impact on residents' lives every day through compassionate and dedicated care.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This will include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating any clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. You will be expected to practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks. No prior experience is required as Avery Healthcare provides a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role.
