Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include monitoring resident wellbeing, implementing and evaluating person-centred care plans, supporting with medication requirements, and supervising and developing care staff. You'll act as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring any reasonable requests or concerns are addressed. To be successful, you'll need an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care, 2 years' relevant experience, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
