Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This will involve assisting residents with their personal hygiene and daily living activities, recognizing and escalating any clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. You will be expected to work safely and efficiently, demonstrating initiative and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities as needed.
