Job summary
This role is for a Senior Care Assistant position at Avery Healthcare's Spencer House Care Home in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to monitor the wellbeing of each resident, be involved in the person-centred care planning process, support residents with their medication requirements, and undertake staff supervisions. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals.
