Main duties of the job
As a receptionist at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for offering professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. Your duties will include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and providing administrative support to the General Manager. You will also be responsible for maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with the Housekeeping team to ensure high standards are maintained.
