Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal hygiene care, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will be expected to live Avery's values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.
