Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services for residents. This will involve assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating any clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. Avery Healthcare provides a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role, and they are looking for individuals who can communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
