Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Other responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of residents, involvement in care planning, supporting medication requirements, staff supervision and development, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, and health professionals.
