Main duties of the job

As the Recruitment Insights & Branding Specialist, you will sit within the Recruitment and People Team, working closely with Marketing and key stakeholders to improve hiring performance and candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include analyzing recruitment data, producing reports and insights to drive smarter hiring decisions, and partnering with the Marketing team to develop and strengthen Avery's employer brand across campaigns and content. You will also monitor and strategically improve company reviews on platforms like Indeed and Glassdoor, and provide recruitment insight and market intelligence to stakeholders.

Youll sit within our Recruitment and wider People Team, working closely with Marketing and key stakeholders to improve hiring performance and candidate experience.

Analyse recruitment data including application volumes, time-to-hire and source effectiveness

Produce reports and insights that drive smarter hiring decisions

Work alongside the Marketing team to develop and strengthen our employer brand across campaigns and content

Monitor and strategically improve company reviews on platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor

Partner with stakeholders to provide recruitment insight and market intelligence

ABOUT YOU

Youll bring strong analytical skills, confidence working with recruitment data and systems, and have an interest in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing. Youre collaborative, commercially aware, and able to turn insight into action. Experience within a healthcare setting is desirable.

This is a hybrid role, based at our Group Support Office in Northampton
