Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, while respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident. You will be expected to practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
