This role as a Care Supervisor - Nights at Avery Healthcare's Wandsworth Common Care Home in London offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on residents' lives every day. You'll be responsible for managing, supporting, and guiding a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery's processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and that residents' choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activities.

Main duties of the job

As a Care Supervisor - Nights, your focus will be on promoting and delivering high-quality, person-centered care to the residents. You'll closely monitor and report on their daily progress, ensuring all observations and interventions are recorded. You'll also deal with any concerns or complaints raised by residents or their relatives in a polite, prompt, and appropriate manner. Additionally, you'll provide ongoing support for the residents, their families, and the Care Services Team.
