Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Chertsey Parklands Manor Care Home, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This will involve assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and be an efficient worker who can adapt and be flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
