Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring residents' wellbeing, being involved in care planning, supporting with medication, and providing supervision and development to the care team.
