Job summary
This role is for a Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Beaconsfield Heights Care Home in Beaconsfield, working for Avery Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to monitor the wellbeing of each resident, be aware of any changes impacting on care and care plans, ensure that new needs are met, and maintain written records. You will be involved in the person-centred care planning process, implement and monitor it, and undertake monthly evaluations. You will also support residents with their medication requirements, undertake staff supervisions, and act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals.
