This role as a Registered Nurse - Nights at Chertsey Parklands Care Home in Chertsey offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on residents' lives every day. Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse, your focus will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf. You will ensure high standards of care for our residents, including undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during your shift and residents receive the required care. Additionally, you will advise families of residents and GPs about any changes in condition that give rise to concern, keeping them informed and involved in choices for ongoing care.
