Job summary
This is a temporary Receptionist role with Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as a range of administrative tasks.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your primary focus will be to offer excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and colleagues. You will be responsible for answering the telephone, redirecting calls, and recording messages. Additionally, you will complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative support to the General Manager. Maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with the Housekeeping team to ensure high standards are also part of your duties.
