Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to residents, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services. Your duties will include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. You will be required to practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
