Main duties of the job
The Receptionist role at Avery Healthcare involves providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as a range of administrative services such as answering the telephone, redirecting calls, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in using computers, and have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
