Job summary

As an Operations Support Administrator at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing effective administration and business functions to support the Operations Support Manager. Your role will involve various operational tasks, data management, and facilitating communication between different departments. You will work closely with the Operations Support Manager, care home managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Main duties of the job

Your focus as an Operations Support Administrator will be to support the Operations Support Manager with effective administration and business functions. You will be involved in various different operational functions as well as managing data systems and facilitating communication between the differing departments. Other responsibilities will include working closely with the Operations Support Manager to assist with meeting planning and event organizing, providing clerical support to the team and other staff, liaising with care home managers and other stakeholders to provide administrative assistance, and supporting the Operations Directors and the Regional Directors with producing letters, minute taking, and other administrative duties.
