Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting the care team in delivering high standards of personal care to residents, ensuring a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment. Your key duties will include monitoring the wellbeing of residents, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff development.
