As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and guiding a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
Main duties of the job
Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and ensuring that our resident's choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity. You will be responsible for promoting and delivering high-quality person-centred care, closely monitoring and reporting on residents' daily progress, and dealing with any concerns or complaints in a polite, prompt, and appropriate manner.
