Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for offering professional and high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. Your duties will include answering telephone calls, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages. You will also be responsible for completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain the general tidiness of the reception area, liaising with the Housekeeping team to ensure standards are maintained.
