Main duties of the job
As a Unit Manager - Clinical at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to support the care home management team in delivering high-quality care with a difference. You will be responsible for providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your key responsibilities will include leading a team of nurses, senior carers, and carers to provide staff support, enhancing and promoting residents' quality of life through effective care planning, and managing the medication systems and ordering and distributing prescribed medication to residents.
